Find the positives that are wrapped up in the negative. Keep track of the amount of time you are spending on each activity per day. If you are trying to improve your personal life, you need to figure out how to squeeze the most out of every day. After you have logged all of your activities for a little while, you will be surprised to see how much time is actually wasted.
Get enough sleep. Sleep is not a luxury it's a crucial part of being a human. Lack of sleep can make you feel anxious, more likely to be unable to lose weight, and plain old grumpy to everyone you interact with. Try getting a full 6-8 hours each night and see how much better you feel. |
