| 7. Change your DNS settings
By functioning as an internet phone book, the Domain Name System, or DNS, enables connections between devices and websites or application servers. The DNS server provides your PS4 with information about the physical locations of gaming servers, websites, or Disney+, to be more specific. A DNS links a domain name to a location where you may obtain content for that domain. If Disney+ isn�t working with your PS4, it may be because your ISP�s DNS service isn�t functioning properly and preventing your console from efficiently communicating with the Disney+ servers. If this is the root of the problem, changing your DNS settings to utilize different DNS servers will be helpful. By following the instructions below, you can do this on your PS4 console with ease. Select Network under Settings. Choose Establish Internet Connection. Select the WiFi or LAN cable type of connection. Choosing a Custom connection setup Select Automatic from the IP Address Settings menu. Select Do Not Specify next to DHCP Host Name. Select Manual from the DNS Settings menu. Put 8.8.8.8 as your Primary DNS. Select Next after changing your Secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4. Select Automatic under MTU Settings. Go to Proxy Server and choose Do Not Use.
