ORBI NOT CONNECTING TO NEW MODEM

Are you having problems getting your Orbi mesh Wi-Fi to connect with the new modem? Here are some tips for resolving the connectivity problem.

First, power cycle the new modem by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Ensure that it is correctly activated with your ISP.

Next, go to orbilogin.com and check the WAN settings on your Orbi router. You may need to change the connection type or provide particular VPI/VCI information for the new modem.

If that doesn't work, factory reset your Orbi router and repeat the setup process with the new modem details.

Finally, make sure your modem and Orbi firmware are up to date, as obsolete versions can cause issues.
